I spend a lot of time thinking about this question, it's the easiest and most difficult question to answer. Something that keeps me motivated one week, might not do the trick the next. Personal Drive, dedication and the support of my family at Crossfit Invoke help to keep me motivated.
What motivates me? It can be something as simple as an encouraging word from someone during a workout. Sometimes it is a song that comes on during the workout, especially if it reminds me of a great scene from a movie (Rocky Montages). I'll watch a classic wrestling match and work off of that for quite a while.
I try to find motivation in all aspects of my life.......What motivates you?

First Blog Introduction!
Greetings and Salutations!
For those who are here by chance, my name is Josh Boyd. I am 30 years old, and live in Raleigh, NC. In January of 2011 I weighed 360 pounds, and then I discovered crossfit. Through the magic of crossfit and proper diet I have now, as of March 27 2012, lost 110 pounds.
After much thought, and encouragement I have decided to open a blog detailing my fitness progress and keep everyone up to date on my goals. I will do my best to update this as much as possible with updates on my weight loss, current WOD's at crossfit, product reviews of equipment or supplements, and sometimes just random thoughts. I will, from time to time, let some of my fitnesss friends do a write up, just for different perspectives. I hope you enjoy and continue reading!
Oh yea, I will also do some shameless pandering in an effort to get free stuff.
