I spend a lot of time thinking about this question, it's the easiest and most difficult question to answer. Something that keeps me motivated one week, might not do the trick the next. Personal Drive, dedication and the support of my family at Crossfit Invoke help to keep me motivated.
What motivates me? It can be something as simple as an encouraging word from someone during a workout. Sometimes it is a song that comes on during the workout, especially if it reminds me of a great scene from a movie (Rocky Montages). I'll watch a classic wrestling match and work off of that for quite a while.
